Personalized Programs

Every program created is made with individual client’s goals in mind as well as any specific muscle imbalances they may have. These programs can range from focusing on weight loss, muscle gain, endurance, or a specialized area (chronic pain, older adults, etc.).

Balanced Workouts

Clients provided with detailed workouts that include warm ups, core, cardio, resistance, and cool downs. At home workout programs are also provided by client request.

 

Safety

Clients can relax knowing that their form will always be monitored and corrected in order to prevent injuries during 1:1 sessions. This, combined with utilizing exercises that will fix poor posture, will further decrease any daily pain or discomfort a client might be experiencing.
